Step 1

You mail us your shears or clipper blades in a good mail safe case. Insure your shears***. We will pay for the shipping to return your tools via USPS Priority Mail.(you can upgrade shipping for a fee).

*** USPS insurance is $1.09 for every $100 of coverage. Customers will cover all insurance and it will be on your estimate.

Step 2

Once we receive your shears or clipper blades, we will send you an estimate. You will be invoiced for 50% of the total amount, and then we’ll sharpen your items.

Step 3

After everything is sharpened, we’ll send you an invoice for the remaining balance. Once the remaining balance is paid, your shears and/or clippers will be shipped back to you at no cost. We will ship your items back to you via USPS Priority mail.

Prices

Hair Shears (Japanese-style) are $25 for the first shear and $30 for every shear after that. Clipper Blades are $10 a piece for 10 blades or less. For 10 blades or more the cost is $8 per blade. All ceramic clipper blades are sharpened on the inside and sent back with a new ceramic cutter for $12.

Dog grooming shears and barber shears (German-style) are $20 a piece. We may charge an extra $5 to $10 for rideline work or reconvexing shears.
